Instead of single flimsy wire used by most cheese slicer boards, the RSVP Cheese Slicer has a sharp, solid stainless steel blade for ease of cutting various type of cheeses from hard to soft. Fitted with a 7 x 5.25″ base with four non-skid grips and a 7.75″ long curved handle so you have great leverage and a snug grip.
