The Lyon collection is elegantly designed and features clean and smooth lines for a handsome 20-piece flatware set. The Lyon is cast (poured as a liquid) from 18/10 stainless steel. The stainless steel runs all the way through the handle and the rivets are actually part of the tang. The POM handle material is molded around the stainless and polished. The resulting product has heft and feels very comfortable in the hand. The stainless has a satin or matte finish. Available in ebony or ivory P.O.M. handles. Made for your life.
