If you’re outside of that first 30 days, many of our products carry manufacturer’s warranties that can assist you.
You can cancel your order up until the moment your order begins its shipping process…After that, it is classified as a return, and you will need to follow the steps outlined below.

We’ll handle the return shipping costs for you… Unless the reason for the return is: 1) a simple change of mind, 2) you ordered the incorrect item, or 3) you simply prefer a different item. In those cases, you will pay return shipping postage.
(Note: *Defective items or *products that are damaged during shipping – will be covered at no expense to you.)
We recommend that you use our discounted shipping label or a traceable/insured method of shipment of your choice – that can provide you with delivery confirmation…If applicable, our discounted shipping labels will be accessible during your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

Return Instructions
All products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to be created and approved prior to item(s) being returned.
You can create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request by the following options…

All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original invoice date (shipping date) and include a printed packing slip (provided when your RMA is approved). For information on our Gift Policy, please CLICK HERE.
In the event of a backorder, we allow 30 days from your item’s shipping date from our warehouse. If more than 30 days have passed from this shipping date, then the item has exceeded Olillohome LLC warranty period and warranty claims will need to be made to the original manufacturer directly.

FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All of Olillohome LLC items are sold new-in-box unless stated, “refurbished or used”. As such, Olillohome LLC guarantees that your merchandise will arrive in brand-new (unless stated, “refurbished”), working condition.
If damage should occur during shipping, or that a product should arrive with defects from the manufacturer, we will replace the items at no cost to you.
For defective items, if the item is found to be faulty, please request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30-days. After approval, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping. Please be advised that some manufacturers require us to have you contact them directly if their item is returned as defective. However, our Customer Hero Department will handle this process for you whenever possible.
All defective items will be inspected upon arrival. If the merchandise is found to be defective as stated, then a replacement order will be placed at no cost to you. If the item is found to be without defect, it will be returned to you at your expense. Any defects discovered outside the initial 30-day period must be handled through the manufacturer following the manufacturer’s warranty.
For items damaged in shipping, you must notify us within 7 days! (In order to fulfill your claim, we must file a damage claim with the carrier within the first 7 days – or the carrier will refuse it. This policy is outside our control.) We advise that if you are present at the time of delivery, and the box or packaging appears damaged, please inspect the actual item for damage before accepting it. It is common for the carrier to wait for you and allow you to inspect the item itself.
If you received or refused a damaged item, within 7 days, first contact our Customer Hero Department at [email protected]. We will then work through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with you, and we will handle the damage claim with the carrier. (Note: this claim with the shipping carrier could take up to 8 business days to be completed). Subsequently, our team will send you a replacement item at no cost to you.

FOR UNDAMAGED AND NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Olillohome LLC understands that even new-in-box items may not meet expectations. For items where your mind has changed, or the color doesn’t match in your kitchen, or it doesn’t look like you thought it would – we can and will still assist you to get an item that you love.
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you choose to use UPS Prepaid Ground Shipping Label from Olillohome LLC the discounted price we pay for the label will be deducted from your refund once processed within our Returns Department.
You are always welcome to ship the product using a traceable and insured shipping method of your choice. Please allow up to 14 days for return processing and credit issuance.
For replacement or store credit, there is no processing/restocking fee or penalty of any kind. Upon Olillohome LLC’ receipt of your returned item, after review by our Returns Department, you will be issued a gift card code (to use on our website) with credit for the full value of your original purchase. (Note: You may be responsible for paying shipping to return the product, and normal free shipping rules will apply when you re-order.)
For refunds, there are no processing/restocking fees here at Olillohome LLC. (Note: there are some brands that have specific exceptions and different terms. To see certain brands’ exclusions CLICK HERE.)

NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS
Olillohome LLC may refuse a return request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Olillohome LLC to a corresponding counterclaim.
Please note: used items cannot be returned, unless they are found to be damaged or defective.
Items that are returned to us without meeting the return requirements outlined in our Return Policy, will be rejected. We will contact you with a detailed reason for the rejection and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Items marked, “CLEARANCE” are excluded from our normal return policy and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled up until a shipping label has been created, and/or an order has been shipped. Once a shipping label has been created and/or your order has been shipped, you will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy listed above.
GIFT POLICY
Once you find that perfect gift for that special someone, it’s important to know that it’s going to be supported by Olillohome LLC. If you give (or receive) a gift purchased from Olillohome LLC that needs to be returned, when you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), in the “message” box, let us know it was a Gift Purchase. We’ll make sure you get a 60-day return period (instead of the standard 30 days).
