Keep your coffee hot without ruining it. The Stainless Steel Carafe has a thermal insulated liner to keep hot things hot and cold things cold. Depending on when you fill the pot and what temperature the liquid was to start with, the liner will maintain that temperature for up to 24 hours. The carafe is easy to refill with a top opening (Brew-Lid) to refill without spilling hot liquid. This is such a safety feature to prevent scalding that Zojirushi has patented the design. The carafe is easy-to-clean with a full 125-degree wide mouth. Chances are you will have to refill the pot before it gets cold but it’s nice to know the thermal liner does its job.
